POLY KROMA 2024
Background
Poly Kroma is an annual event that showcases the Fine Arts and Visual Communication Design creations of Cal Poly Pomona students. This event encompasses significant components such as the 2d3d+ Annual Juried Student Art Exhibition, Industry Day Senior Portfolio Showcase, and Motion Festival.
Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom Classic.
Result
Alongside seven other students, I actively contributed to formulating a theme and producing essential materials for this event. We worked under the guidance of professors, Kevin Moore and Jeffery Ray.
The deliverables we handled encompassed a range of items, including posters, logotypes, marquees, e-blasts, digital displays, library monitor ads, social media advertisements, websites, and stands.
Logo & Typeface
This logo is designed based on the inspiration of topography's contour lines and circles with gradient colors that vary from dark blue to red and gray.
Typeface: Macula.

We initially started by coming up with different designs.
Theme & Deliverables
After consideration and discussion, we voted Hope's poster as the theme of this year's Poly Kroma.
Theme: Contour lines of topography map, halftone texture, circular gradient.
