FRIENDS IN DEED

Background

Friends in Deed is an interfaith organization dedicated to offering supportive services that address essential human needs. It embodies a vision of collaboration: to accomplish together what cannot be achieved alone.

AIGA's student group organized the fourth annual 24-Hour Design Marathon for Good Design. For 24 hours, we worked with the Pasadena-based nonprofit, Friends In Deed (@friendsindeedpas), a nonprofit that has been in existence for 125 years.

Result

Within a 24-hour timeframe, our four teams—Branding, Marketing, Motion, and Social—collaborated to develop new branding guidelines for the Friends In Deed organization. I collaborated with the Social team, and together, we completed 100% of the required deliverables to support the communications efforts of the Friends In Deed organization within 24 hours.

Work Mode: In-person.

Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom Classic, After Effects, Figma, Canva.
