Seasonal Décor

Seasonal décor at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is a year-round visual storytelling program produced under the Horticulture Department, delivering five large-scale seasonal shows annually—Lunar New Year, Spring, Summer, Harvest/Fall, and Holidays.

As the Visual Designer for each show, I lead creative concept development, produce design renderings, review vendor proposals, and oversee on-site installation execution. Each seasonal program operates at a multi-million-dollar annual budget and requires 3,000+ labor hours per show, demanding close coordination across vendors, internal teams, and live hospitality operations to ensure seamless, production-ready results.
